Shoes, anyone?

I haven't forgotten the giveaway, don't panic - I just blogged my other stuff first today. Who says I'm a creature of habit! Now I said yesterday I had a considerable amount of fabric leftover from the shoe quilt I am making for my friend - this is only a small selection of it - the pieces which are cut into rectangles already, as I originally thought I might use roughly twice as many as I ended up using. I am fairly sure these are all unique fabrics, with the exception of the purple roller skates, and possibly one other (I'm not going to go back through and check!) - there are 23 or 24 pieces, each 3.5" x 6.5". What would you do with them? I don't know - perhaps something fun. As usual, if you would like to be enterred into the draw, leave a comment before Sunday.

Ok, my sister in Australia has been training for a triathlon for a year, and has only worn trainers, pool shoes and cycling clip in shoes! She needs a quilt to remind her that there are other things she can put on her feet.

All these fabrics are wonderful! I have a piece of the pink one with red shoes that I bought in New York - can't bear to use the last piece! Would love to add it to the piece I still have!
