Inspirational Giveaway

Courtesty of British Patchwork & Quilting magazine, I have two copies of this lovely project booklet to give away - it's a magazine style project collection. There are 12 projects, of varying sorts - different sizes, styles, techniques, and so on.

If you are interested in winning one of these copies, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which one of the things that I've worked on this year (or so) is your favourite - you don't have to say why, but of course you may if you like, and it doesn't have to be something I've actually finished (good thing, eh?!). It doesn't matter if you are a long-time reader or a newcomer or somewhere in between - but I am asking for you to name a project just to make sure people who enter do actually spend at least a LITTLE time here!

At the end of July, I will draw two names (or more likely, generate two random numbers, though you never know, I might print the comments out and actually pull slips out - I guess it will depend on how many people leave comments) and those people will win the prizes...

Have fun & a big thanks to P&Q for the prizes!

Hi Kate, I like the baby quilts you've been working on recently. I can tell you why, I've made two baby quilts recently, there seem to be babies everywhere at the moment!

I really liked the Mary Mary Crossstitch which you finished recently. I thought it was really pretty, and's probably the kind of thing I'd buy as a kit to make myself if I had the money.

I liked the red and white quilt a lot! (And the pink school backdrop hehe! Just kidding) I love the corn and bean blocks and as you know I like a lot of your tops and blocks and probably shouldn't go in the draw because I need no more inspiration than I already have! So don't pick me, but keep on quilting!

I always liked the cross stitched Garden Sampler you did. The spring colours and the simplicity is what I really liked about it. I also liked the houses with the bridge that you worked on - but maybe that was last year. I really found that interesting and would have liked the pattern.

Hi Kate
I really liked your Log Cabin Corner Quilt and am looking forward to going through my strip scraps for that one.
I also like watching your cross stitches come alive.

Hey, Kate, I'm pretty sure you know I'm here every post!

The quilt that attracted me here in the first place was your layout of the red and white disappearing four patch blocks from Block Lotto - still my favourite, I think!

Hi Kate, your scrappy green rectangles quilt is my favorite. I love the blocks and colors. I also like your string hearts that you are doing for the Rainbow Challenge and your Lighthouse post cards because I love lighthouses.

I visit your blog almost daily and you sure provide a lot of inspiration!

Kate - all your work is lovely but my favourites have been the canal houses - which is hardly surprising as we're heading to The Netherlands for our annual holiday in 13 days time and will definitely see the real thing when we head into Amsterdam

Hi Kate,
I became interested in your blog because of your Advent calendar.I hope to make one for my family. time hasn't been available for me to make one. I have also enjoyed the Round Robin too. I am afraid that one is still not completed due to a move and school.

I love seeing how you are using up color sorted scraps. Wonky log cabins, disappearing 9-patch with crumb blocks, log cabin corners, purple finnished baby quilt, tote bags (great tutorial too!), torn text swap....please don't make me pick one. I like them all!

Hi Kate, It is always fun to see what wonderful things you create with your bits of fabrics and fiber. I liked the wonky houses particularly and enjoy reading your blog.
Thanks for the chance to be inspired.
Warmest regards,
Anna

My favourite still has to be the bright one with the black sashing that looks like a stained glass window - a beauty!!
