Among the other things I've been sewing is more batik Trip Around the World blocks - these are great for sewing one block at a time, because you don't have to press after every step. I know I'll have to repeat some of my batiks - especially the brighter ones - as otherwise, it's hard to get good contrast.
But that doesn't matter, really. I will try to keep the cross-block diagonals unique in each block, though, as I think that will make a better effect.

Funny, I gave in and started sewing some
strips yesterday for some Scrappy Trips as Leaders and enders - it really is catchy this quilt bug!! Love yours!
