Giveaway...um...Tuesday

OK, OK, so I simply forgot what day of the week it was. :)

This week's giveaway is another half collection of blocks from a block swap - you saw on Sunday the flying geese I put into blocks for a baby quilt - these are the rest of the flying geese, which I decided I don't need. They are mostly the softer, more muted colours and fabrics, as I pulled out most of the brights for the baby quilt, but there are a few brights in here nonetheless. There are 20 sets of three (each 3x6 finished), enough to make a good sized baby play quilt, especially if you sash them down the sides like I did with the others, or they would make a nice border or part border or... let your imagination run wild!

As usual, if you would like to be enterred into the draw for these flying geese, simply leave a comment (on this post) before Sunday. A winner will be drawn on Sunday by one of my kiddies...

I actually noticed there was no give away Monday. What a great idea to reduce your unused items. Love the geese. Need more projects. (obviously) Debbie in Fl

Kate,
I was referred to your site by another swapper on another group I am on and happen to recognize your name. The postcard holder is great and i hope to make it one of these days when I don't have time too. Not so much into the drawing but giving you a shout out but if I luck up and win the drawing I will be donating the blocks to baby quilts a friend makes for the needy. SheilaofDC

I love the orange postcards! As for the geese....at first site, it looks like all kinds of envelopes dumped out of Santa's bag ;). You can count me in of course. How is the hair holding up?

Could I please be involved in your raffle? I HATE to make flying geese (my triangles never end up symmetrical) so I am getting giddy at the thought of receiving some pre-made.

I just found your blog - I love it! I also love the idea of a giveaway!!! I hope someday I will be able to do the same thing on my blog. I just started one though, so I think I have 2 readers! ha ha. Anyway, please put me in the basket for the giveaway - maybe I could put them into a pinwheel pattern? I've been wanting to do one for a long time. I love the discharge fabrics, gonna have to give that a try soon! Em
